Every canvas is made to order — printed and stretched fresh for you, never pulled from a shelf. That shapes how returns work, so here's exactly what to expect.


Changed your mind?

Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, change-of-mind returns are handled as store credit.

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • You cover return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Store credit is issued once we receive the item back

Arrived damaged, defective, or wrong?

If there's an issue on our end, we make it right — no return required.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue
  • We'll send a free replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund if you'd prefer

How to start a return or report an issue

Reach out and we'll walk you through it. For damage or defects, include your order number and a few photos so we can resolve it fast. For returns, we'll provide the correct return address once your request is confirmed.


A few notes

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items returned used, altered, or without original packaging may not qualify for store credit.
  • Refunds and replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items require photo documentation of the issue.
  • Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future order.
